Medical Science Liaison

Contribute to the design of the Medical Plan and then take ownership of the delivery the Country Medical Plan.Gather medical and congress intelligence and report to Management.Obtain and send locally collected IIS/RWE proposals to SBEU Medical Director, including their initial evaluation and recommendation.Gather insights on SB established and pipeline products and competitors.Map out and develop relationships with all relevant KOLs across multiple disease areas.Develop Publications with KOLs (local abstracts, manuscripts, conference presentations).Review all local materials as part of the creation and submission of field materials.Have monthly contact with EU Medical Director and HQ Medical team.Identify KOLs and update regularly KOLs list, suggest their development plan; Provide Educational and scientific support to KOLs as needed; KOLs development.Provide input for the development of scientific materials and education from all KOL requests.Consolidate insights, report to IQVIA EML and synchronize with the portfolio evolution.Train the local team (internal and partners) whenever required.Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department of the country. Refer customer requests in a timely manner for any inquiries for Commercial or promotional information to the commercial team as and when required. Follow up with all customers when the Commercial team refer medical requests to the Medical department.Work closely with the Country Managers on the Country plan.Record performance based on KPIs and review with IQVIA Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
