You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure strong cash flow performance while maintaining excellent professional relationships. This role will suit someone who is commercially aware, confident in conversation and comfortable representing the business both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a defined portfolio of commercial accounts Proactively manage aged debt and drive timely collections Build and maintain professional client relationships Attend internal review meetings and external client discussions Negotiate and monitor structured repayment plans where required Investigate and resolve account queries efficiently Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate cash allocation Support reporting requirements for senior finance leadership About You We are keen to speak with individuals who bring both technical capability and professional presence. You will likely have: At least 3 years experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable Experience managing commercial or corporate client accounts A confident, articulate communication style Strong Excel capability and comfort working with finance systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively A proactive mindset and genuine pride in your work This role will particularly suit someone who enjoys being visible, building rapport and contributing to a high-performing finance function.
