This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a thriving business where you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fully office based role based in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Take responsibility to prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, MI and insightful commentary

🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

🔹 Produce meaningful analysis to guide business decisions and performance

🔹 Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

🔹 Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial insight and support

🔹 Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

About You:

✅ Ideally AAT / ACCA Studier with experience with end to end management accounts

✅ Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail

✅ Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

✅ Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with finance and non-finance teams

✅ Advanced Excel skills
