About the Role:
Hawkin Dynamics is hiring a Head of Sales – EMEA to lead and grow our presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a lead-from-the-front foundational leadership role within a healthy global organization – ideal for someone excited to build, scale, and lead the EMEA region with a high level of ownership. This role combines regional leadership with hands‑on account management, requiring direct revenue ownership. You will manage both new and existing business, operate in a highly metrics‑and results‑driven environment, and report directly to the Executive Vice President of Global Revenue. Candidates based in the UK will benefit from working cross‑functionally a couple days per week with our science, operations, and managing teams based locally.
What You'll Do:
Personally drive and lead revenue across the EMEA region
Lead and execute the regional sales strategy
Own full‑cycle sales for new customer acquisition and account expansion
Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline
Operate with high accountability to KPIs, targets, and results
Travel regularly across EMEA to support customers and partnerships
Collaborate cross‑functionally with science, operations, and leadership teams
Who We're Looking For:
Strong sales background (sales leadership experience preferred, not required)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to grind and build
Invests in relationships that compound over time
Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands‑on selling; team player
Extremely detail‑oriented and metrics‑focused
Open to positive, constructive feedback and continuous improvement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves:
Experience selling complex, technical, or performance‑related solutions
Familiarity with the sports, coaching, or healthcare industries is a plus
Additional language(s) to support communication across EMEA
Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows or tools
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is an asset
Former athlete or interest in sports
