This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering sales strategy, revenue targets, and an outstanding customer journey aligned with a reputation for quality and integrity. You will Lead and inspire multi-site sales teams to exceed performance targets Develop and execute sales strategy across a portfolio of high-value developments Drive pricing, forecasting, and sales velocity in line with market conditions Champion exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion Work closely with Marketing, Construction, and Finance to ensure successful scheme launches and sustained performance About You Proven senior sales leadership experience within residential London property development Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin targets Skilled in team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management Data-driven, strategic, and highly customer-focused Credible and confident operating at executive level This is a rare opportunity to shape sales performance within a highly regarded residential developer, delivering best-in-class homes and communities.
