Partner with senior leaders and the board to drive organisational growth. Build strong external relationships with banks, auditors, and advisors. About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in the not‑for‑profit or trade body sector. Strong commercial acumen, digital capability, and excellent communication skills. Collaborative, resilient, and committed to high standards of governance.
