Are you a sharp Sales Administrator who enjoys the "numbers" side of the business? **THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE** This is not just a "data entry" job; it is an important role where you will sit at the heart of the business, balancing customer satisfaction with financial accuracy. The Role As the link between the Sales and Finance teams, you will manage a varied desk that keeps the business moving. Your day-to-day will involve: Sales Ledger & Credit Control:Taking ownership of the sales ledger, conducting credit checks, and proactively chasing outstanding debts to ensure healthy cash flow. Order Management:Processing customer orders with 100% accuracy and handling inquiries with a professional, solution-oriented approach. Cash & Banking:Managing the daily cashing-up process, reconciling tills, and preparing bank deposits. The Person Our client is looking for a reliable "all-rounder" who can pivot between tasks without losing focus. You should have: Experience:A proven track record in a role involving Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Sales Administration. Confidence:The ability to pick up the phone and handle collection calls professionally while maintaining a great relationship with the customer. Detail-Oriented:A "right first time" attitude when it comes to banking and order processing. IT Savvy:Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or Accounting software (Sage, Xero, etc., is a major plus). Why Apply?
