About the School
This specialist independent school supports young people aged 11–19 who have faced significant challenges accessing mainstream education. Many of our learners have EHCPs, SEMH needs, or are at risk of exclusion — and they come to us for a fresh start, a safe place, and a team who truly sees their potential.

Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the steady, inspiring presence our students need every day.No two days are the same—and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.

You’ll work closely with teachers to support lessons, guide students through challenges, celebrate small wins, and help ignite positive change. xbpsjku
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 and small-group support across KS3–KS5
Helping students overcome barriers to learning
Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
Supporting emotional regulation and social development
Working alongside a passionate, dedicated team
