Role We are seeking an experienced model audit professional that is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to review financial models ensuring they are robust and reliable. Requirements Operations: Lead in the growth and development of the model audit team [In Country] Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments. Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model. Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Lead in the planning of resources across the team People: Develop and inspire a market-leading team Instil a collaborative, high-performing culture Growth: Lead in the growth of the model audit practice [In country] Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business Lead in the development of client pitches Key Skills And Qualifications We hire exceptional individuals who can demonstrate our core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence. A respected leader within the model audit sector In-depth expertise in Project Finance 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently working at a senior level within an established financial model audit practice. An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification beneficial Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial. Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
