Finance Assistant - Belfast We are working with a Belfast based print company to recruit for their Finance Assistant position on a permanent contract! Working in the office, Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm you will be responsible for supporting the finance team and senior management with: Maintain the Purchase Ledger Handle customer payment queries Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers Process purchase invoices accurately and promptly Raise sales invoices and credit notes Manage credit control activities. Allocate payment and receipt transactions accurately against supplier / customer accounts Complete month-end cut-off processes accurately and in line with department deadlines What we are looking for: Accounting Technician qualification or part qualified (desirable) Experience with Opera, Accura or similar systems.
