We are seeking an exceptional CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving strategy, growth and financial excellence. What You’ll Lead Development and delivery of the financial strategy. Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning. Strong governance, controls, compliance and risk management. Optimisation of cashflow, working capital and capital structure. Evaluation of investment and growth opportunities. Key relationships with banks, investors, auditors and senior stakeholders. Leadership, development and succession planning for the finance team. What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ senior financial leadership experience. Proven ability to shape strategy and influence at Board level. Experience in fast-paced, supply-chain-driven environments (fresh food desirable). Strong people leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams. Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
