Financial Director

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join a dynamic Family Office. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, and reporting across a range of active projects, including building developments, restaurants, and other commercial ventures. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement robust financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, monthly management accounts, and other financial reports. Collaborate with external accountants to ensure accurate and compliant UK tax reporting. Establish financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk. Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team. Qualifications and experience required: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a track record of success in a senior finance role. Extensive experience in managing the financial affairs of a complex, multi-entity organisation, preferably in a Family Office environment. Proven ability to implement robust financial management systems and processes. Strong technical expertise in UK tax compliance and reporting requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
