Head of Sales – Part-Time - Remote Jobster – City Of London, England, United Kingdom We are a small growth marketing agency helping eCommerce and SaaS brands scale through paid media, funnels and performance strategy. Sales have so far been handled directly by the CEO. We are now looking for one senior sales professional to take ownership of sales execution and help grow the agency. Role We are hiring a Head of Sales to run sales end-to-end, from first contact to closing. This is a high-ownership role. You are expected to actively drive opportunities forward, structure the sales motion, and close deals independently. You will work closely with the CEO, but you will own the sales execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, selling, and closing, not waiting for perfect conditions. What You Will Own The full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, follow-up, proposal, closing Sales calls with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers Active follow-up via email, LinkedIn, and SMS Creation and improvement of sales messaging and proposals Qualification, negotiation, and deal closing Maintaining a clear pipeline and reporting on progress Who This Role Is For A senior sales professional with agency or consulting experience A profile who can operate independently and take initiative Someone motivated by impact, ownership, and upside, not just a fixed salary Requirements 5+ years closing B2B services (agency, consulting, or similar) Proven experience closing deals, not just supporting sales Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills Comfortable with outbound and follow-ups (email, LinkedIn, SMS) Fluent in English (French is a strong plus) Available part-time with overlap during CET hours Able to work autonomously in a small agency environment Compensation Fixed part-time retainer Commission on closed deals Long-term opportunity to lead sales as the agency scales Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Part-time Job function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
