Occupational Therapist Wanted Location: Ballarat Australia Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 AUD p/a + Super (dependent on experience) About the Role Join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering services across NDIS and My Aged Care. Competitive salary: AUD $80,000–$100,000 + super (~£43,000–£54,000) Relocation support: AUD $5,000 + company vehicle support for the initial period Ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development Work within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, physiotherapists, and behaviour support practitioners Opportunities to specialise in NDIS, paediatrics, aged care, and adult services Structured onboarding and clear career progression What You Will Do Conduct functional assessments Develop and implement individualised intervention plans Assess and prescribe assistive technology and mobility equipment Recommend and coordinate home modifications Deliver direct therapy interventions Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (UK or internationally recognised equivalent) Current or eligible AHPRA registration Experience in allied health, NDIS, or aged care preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills International candidates are welcome to apply.
