Join our Team as:Night ShiftMachine Operator Location: Cookstown Hours of Work:4 Day Week Monday Wednesday 3:45pm to 2:15am and Thursday 3:45pm to 1:15am Join our team at Terex Cookstown and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek skilled and dedicated Night Shift Machine Operator to contribute to our Production team. As a Machine Operator at Terex Cookstown, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world. What youll do: Duties include: Set up and operate Plasma cutting machine to cut steel to the required specification Monitoring cutting programs, checking parts with respective drawings and amending working parameters when necessary Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line Adhering to strict quality targets Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement To complete daily safety checks to ensure machine and work equipment is in good working order To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations What you will bring: The successful candidate should be hard working, a good team player with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. You should be willing to develop your skills on an ongoing basis in line with the growing business. We also require the flexibility to work overtime as and when required. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous, however on site training will be provided.
