Job Overview German speaking Structured Products LawyerLondon/ParisVP‑level (minimum 5 PQE)Top tier investment bank Requirements Previous experience in Structured Products including an in‑depth knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and public offer rules in EEA jurisdictions. Qualified in German law with training from a top law firm. Previous experience of legal documentation automation would be desirable. Previous experience in ETP would be desirable (but not necessary). Native German speaker, proficiency in English is a must, and another European language would be desirable.
