About the job: Lead the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple entities Ensure consistency of accounting policies and strong internal controls across business units Manage statutory reporting requirements, including audit coordination and regulatory submissions Provide high-quality financial information and insight to senior leadership teams Lead, develop and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals Strengthen governance, compliance and financial control frameworks Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and process consistency Act as a key liaison between operational finance teams and group finance About you: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong background in financial reporting within a multi-entity or multi-site environment Experience leading and developing finance teams Proven ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with James McCord @ HIREIQ.
