Senior Associate – Corporate & Private Equity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate & Private Equity team in Cardiff or London.
Working within the Corporate & Private Equity team: The team’s main focus is on M&A and Private Equity transactions; we handle complex and high‑value matters and serve clients across the UK and internationally.
What are we looking for?We’re seeking a driven and experienced corporate lawyer with up‑to‑date expertise in corporate transactions and private equity.
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience, confident working on complex and diverse deals, and a collaborative team player.

Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor
At least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience
Experience in complex corporate transactions and private equity deals
Collaborative team player, confident on complex deals
Responsibilities
Support M&A and private equity deals across UK and international clients
Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents
Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on deal strategy
Maintain high‑value client relationships and provide legal advice
