Senior RF Design Engineer – High Frequency / mmWave (30GHz+) – Hertfordshire We’re exclusively partnered with a leading Satellite Communications Engineering organisation near Watford, Hertfordshire — a business with 40+ years of innovation and continued growth. With cutting‑edge facilities and hybrid working on offer, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly capable R&D function working on next‑generation RF systems for satellite, aerospace, marine and opto‑electronic applications. The Opportunity As a Senior RF Design Engineer you’ll be driving development across high‑frequency RF and microwave systems (including Ka‑band/mmWave 30GHz+) . You’ll take designs from concept through full product lifecycle including modelling, prototyping, validation and delivery into production. If you thrive on solving complex RF system challenges and want to elevate your capability across high‑frequency / mmWave design , this role will fast‑track your career.
