Senior / Principal Consultant – Business Systems / ERP Recruitment Location: Newcastle / North East, UK Working Model: Hybrid working, unlimited leave, market leading commission Stable10 is entering a period of sustained growth and is seeking experienced recruiters with a background in business systems, ERP, or mid market transformation hiring to support an expanding US client base. This role is suited to individuals who have built desks across ERP, finance systems, or broader business systems within the private mid market, and who are seeking greater ownership, stronger earning potential, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing specialist firm. About Stable10 Stable10 is led by two Directors with a proven track record of building and scaling recruitment businesses internationally, particularly across finance and business systems markets. Consultants are given direct access to leadership, meaningful input into strategy, and the freedom to operate at a senior level without unnecessary process or micromanagement. The Opportunity Demand from US clients, particularly across ERP, finance systems, and broader transformation programmes, continues to increase. Stable10 has an established client base and is investing in expanding its presence across this market. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist vertical and develop it further, working with organisations undergoing significant systems and operational change.
