About the role As a Technical Operator, youll play a key role in ensuring our high-quality products are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. Youll be responsible for the competent operation of a variety of machinery, including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, while also carrying out routine product testing and quality checks to maintain consistency. Operate production machinery confidently and safely , including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, to keep production running smoothly. Embrace the challenge of maintaining high product quality , carrying out testing and checks to ensure every item meets our exacting standards. Work closely with your shift team and other departments , supporting a collaborative and efficient production environment. Play a vital role in delivering the products our customers love , contributing directly to our performance and reputation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently will support the team in meeting daily production targets. Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a great foundation, but we also welcome skills from similar hands-on roles. xbpsjku A Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable but not essential we provide full training to help you succeed and grow in the role.
