Pharmacist Manager – Community Pharmacy

An established and growing independent pharmacy chain is currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead one of its community pharmacy branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys managing a team while delivering high-quality healthcare services within the local community.
The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving service development and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Overall management and professional leadership of the pharmacy
Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and relevant legislation
Delivering excellent patient care and clinical services
Leading, developing, and motivating the pharmacy team
Managing stock control, KPIs, and financial performance
Building strong relationships within the local community and with healthcare professionals
Supporting and growing enhanced and NHS/private services
The Ideal Candidate
GPhC-registered Pharmacist (UK)
Proven experience in community pharmacy, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially aware while remaining patient-focused
Confident delivering and developing clinical services
Excellent communication and organisational skills
