We seek a Murex Techno Functional Support Analyst to provide trade floor support and troubleshoot technical issues in a high‑pressure trading environment. Responsibilities: Provide trade floor support and troubleshoot technical issues related to Murex software. Maintain Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Assist with Unix Shell Scripts and Sybase administration. Work with job scheduling tools such as UC4/Autosys. Support technology implementation, systems integration, and data migration activities. Use Microsoft Excel and its functions for reporting. Qualifications: Good background on capital markets – FX, FX Options, Commodities, Equities. Understanding of the trading life cycle. Experience in techno‑functional roles, including troubleshooting and support. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a high‑pressure trading environment. Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripts and Sybase. Strong understanding of job scheduling tools such as UC4/Autosys. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with SDLC lifecycle, change management, product management, version and configuration management. Proficiency in using development tools. Knowledge of best coding practices and non‑functional code aspects. Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Experience with configuration, release and change management tools and processes. Capability to work collaboratively with large teams across multiple locations. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including escalation handling and presenting status in management meetings.
