This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lecturer or subject specialist looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive and forward-thinking educational environment. The Role You will: Deliver engaging and high-quality Biology lessons to Level 3 students Support and oversee student project work Prepare lesson materials, assessments, and feedback in line with curriculum requirements Monitor and track student progress to ensure achievement and attainment targets are met Contribute positively to the wider curriculum team The Ideal Candidate Holds a relevant degree in Biology or a closely related discipline Has experience teaching Biology at Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent) Possesses strong classroom management skills Is organised, proactive, and student-focused Holds a recognised teaching qualification (desirable) What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £29.50 – £40 per hour Supportive college environment Opportunity to work with motivated Level 3 learners Immediate start with ongoing duration If you are ready to step into a rewarding teaching role and can start at short notice, we would love to hear from you.
