Practitioner Psychologist – Community Neurorehabilitation (Adults with ABI)
West Midlands – Community Based | Paid Travel
️ 2–3 Days per Week
Are you an HCPC‑registered Psychologist with neuropsychology training and experience in community neurorehabilitation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing service supporting adults with acquired brain injury across the West Midlands. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy, flexibility and strong clinical support while working within a well‑established interdisciplinary team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver specialist assessment and intervention for adults with acquired brain injury
Work within community settings across the West Midlands (all travel time fully paid)
Collaborate closely with OT, PT and SLT colleagues as part of an experienced MDT
Contribute to person‑centred rehabilitation plans and goal setting
Develop skills in trauma‑informed practice and vocational rehabilitation
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
HCPC‑registered Practitioner Psychologist
Neuropsychology training (essential)
Experience in community neurorehabilitation or adult neuro services
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and clinical formulation skills
Passion for collaborative, holistic rehabilitation
Salary & Benefits:
£65,000–£75,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
35 days annual leave (pro rata)
