ThefirmhassignificantAUMandisregardedasoneofthepre-eminentfirmsinthesector.
Responsibilities
Beamemberoftheinvestmentexecutionteam
Carryoutduediligenceonsecondaryinvestments
Workonthefulldealexecutionprocessfromoriginationtocompletion
Workonfinancialanalysis,modelling,andvaluationwork
Preparingfunddocumentation
Portfoliomanagementwork
Qualifications
Associatewithanotherprivateequityfundorsecondariesinvestmentfirm
Excellentdealexperience
Strongfinancialmodellingskills
Understandingofassetvaluationtechniques
Genuinelyinterestedinthesecondariesindustry
