These positions will appeal to experienced corporate lawyers who enjoy strategic legal work, managing complex transactions, and acting as key legal advisers across the business.The RoleTypical responsibilities are expected to include:Leading on high-value M&A, JV, and corporate restructuring transactionsActing as a senior legal stakeholder across legal, commercial, finance, and governance teamsProject-managing broader elements of strategic transactions and investmentsReviewing and negotiating legal documentation across corporate and financial mattersManaging external counsel and overseeing execution on cross-border mandatesContributing to legal operations, internal frameworks, and risk management strategyThe ProfileQualified lawyer in England & Wales, ideally with c.10PQE+ (happy to be flexible for the right candidate)Trained at a reputable City firm with significant experience in M&A and corporate transactionsA background in asset management, private funds, or broader financial services is highly advantageousProven leadership skills, able to operate at pace and influence senior stakeholdersEqually suitable for those in private practice or already in-house, seeking a step upNext StepsIf this aligns with your profile and aspirations, we’d love to hear from you.
