Since its establishment, the desk has in particular developed a cutting edge franchise around financing the acquisition of performing / non-performing loans portfolios (granular / non-granular), and along with financing non-bank lending platforms originating RE-backed loans with consumers / SMEs. The financing solutions offered by the desk cut across the capital structure, with an ability to structure both senior and/or junior / subordinated structures when opportunities arise.
