We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Wellingborough area . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic guidance outside the classroom. The Role As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work directly with students to deliver lessons designed to meet their individual learning needs. You will help students build confidence, strengthen understanding, and achieve their academic goals. Location: Tutoring may take place in person at learners homes, schools, or local libraries in Wellingborough ,depending on the learners needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to each students learning needs Support students with Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level) Identify areas for improvement and create personalised lesson plans Encourage confidence, motivation, and effective study habits Provide feedback on student progress when required Requirements Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in the UK Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Passion for supporting students and helping xbpsjku them succeed What We Offer Starting pay from £25 per hour Flexible working hours Opportunity to tutor in person Access to our CPD Learning Academy for professional development A rewarding role making a real impact on students learning Apply Today If you are passionate about education and want to help students reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
