Electrical Estimator

DCT Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Estimator to join our client to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. This role will involve reviewing blueprints, schematics, or design documents, and calculating the total cost of labor, materials, equipment, and permits required for a project. Responsibilities Analyzing and comprehending proposal specifications, drawings, schedules, and all other pertinent project documents. Estimating labor, material, and time requirements to be able to compute the overall cost of projects. Preparing, documenting, and submitting formal bid proposals to clients. Communicating with suppliers, contractors, clients, and the internal team to discuss and formulate accurate estimates. Maintaining a comprehensive and updated database of all estimation documentation for reference. Conducting site visits and gathering all necessary data for accurate estimation. Identifying and quantifying potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs. Keeping track of the latest materials, labor costs, and industry changes to use the most accurate, up-to-date information in estimates. xbpsjku Working with the project management team to develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
