They’re on an ambitious digital transformation journey and are looking for a Head of Software Engineering to help take their consumer platforms to the next level. This is a senior, hands‑on engineering leadership role where you’ll shape how world‑class digital experiences are built, scaled and shipped with a huge focus on mobile products, consumer UX and platform reliability at scale. The opportunity: Own and set the engineering strategy for a large‑scale B2C digital ecosystem Lead engineering across mobile apps, consumer platforms, APIs and integrations Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver beautifully crafted, high‑performing consumer experiences Play a key role in a business that’s moving from scale‑up mindset to global maturity Build, grow and mentor an engineering leadership team in a fast‑evolving environment This is ideal for someone who enjoys building while scaling - not just keeping the lights on, but continuously improving speed, quality and reliability as the product and user base grow.
