The role has become available due to the landing of some large accounts & the huge success of the current team made up of Consultants, Seniors & Principals. The need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative. A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values. This role will be based at our London HQ in London, with regular visits to Scandinavia, Mainland Europe & USA to meet global clients. High Performer Deep knowledge of Contract Recruitment Engineering/Construction/Energy Transition markets is preferable but not imperative. Contract Billers from other secrets will be considered. Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts A high level of commercial acumen related to Contract solutions.
