Conveyancing Executive – Plot Sales TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm who are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Executive to join their Residential New Build Plot Sales team in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys new build work and is confident running their own caseload, while also playing a key role in supporting junior team members. The team acts for a range of developer clients and manages transactions from initial site set-up through to dealing with enquiries, exchange and completion. It’s a varied and commercially focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Conveyancing qualifications are not essential — what matters most is your experience, confidence and ability to manage plot sales transactions effectively.
