About the Role As a Security and Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant servicing and maintenance of our clients' systems. You'll deliver excellent customer service, provide technical advice, and ensure all systems meet compliance and performance standards. We're seeking someone who is: Confident, professional, and self-aware A strong communicator and problem-solver Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Skilled in building long-term relationships Organised and detail-oriented A team player who leads by example Technical Requirements You should be familiar with: Compliance Standards: NSI PD6662 (Intruder Alarms), NCP 104 & BS EN 62676 (CCTV), NCP 109 (Access Control Networking & Systems: LAN/WAN, POE, Microsoft OS (XP to Windows 10), switches/routers, SQL, XML, MS Office Integrated Systems: IP/Analogue/Digital systems Systems Experience (Preferred CCTV & PA Systems: Hikvision, Bosch, Axis, Milestone, Honeywell, Samsung, TOA, Redwall, GJD Access Control: Salto, Paxton, TDSI, Honeywell Win-Pak Intruder Alarms: Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom, Pyronix, Risco Fire Alarms & Nurse Call: Gent, CTEC, Notifier, Hochiki, Morley Intercoms: Videx, BPT, 2N, Telguard Working Hours: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Fire and/or Security Servicing Fluent in English Full UK Driving Licence Ready to join a team that values your expertise and supports your growth?
