Director of Finance & Business Operations (Interim)

We are delighted to be working in close partnership with a highly regarded Belfast based organisation to recruit an Interim Director of Finance. This appointment is initially on an interim basis, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. This is a senior leadership opportunity with significant influence across the organisation. The successful candidate will take responsibility for financial leadership, operational effectiveness, governance, and the delivery of key strategic initiatives. Working closely with the executive team, you will provide clear commercial insight, strengthen financial oversight, and help drive operational improvements during an important phase of organisational development.
