Description Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to a diverse client portfolio. Manage and deliver employment tax advisory projects to meet client expectations. Identify tax planning opportunities and provide innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with current employment tax legislation and regulations. Cultivate strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaborations. Support and mentor junior staff members in the tax department. Stay updated on changes in employment tax laws and their implications for clients. Profile Proven expertise in employment tax within the professional services sector. ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues. The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
