Senior Manager - Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment

Sr. Manager, Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment (EMEA) Your role Labor & Employment Provide day-to-day advice and counseling on a diverse array of employment issues arising primarily from EMEA and APAC, working in coordination with other members of the Labor & Employment Legal Team members and closely with HR and other internal teams to assist with employment issues, including : Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting employment agreements and separation agreements; Advising on and assisting in the implementation of HR policies; Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting benefits and compensation programs and plans; Advising on labor issues and disputes as well as sensitive employee relations matters; Providing employment law support for M&A matters; and assisting the compliance team with HR-related investigations and compliance matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
