Services are available both online and in-person, ensuring accessibility for diverse patient needs. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Clinic Manager at ADHD Health Clinic. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient resource allocation, and manage budgeting. Key responsibilities include coordinating clinic activities, supporting staff, providing excellent customer service, and implementing training programs. The role will also involve maintaining clear and professional communication with staff and patients to uphold the quality of care. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to connect effectively with a diverse range of patients and staff. Experience with Budgeting and resource management to ensure efficient operations within financial constraints. Knowledge or experience in Medicine, with an understanding of ADHD, autism, or mental health conditions being an added advantage. Ability to develop and implement Training programs to support the professional growth of the team. Organizational and leadership skills with the capacity to manage a high-performing team remotely. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are important for this role. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
