OverviewI am working with a very credible search and advisory firm who focus exclusively on the Private Equity arena. My client are looking for a Consulting Director to help grow the Strategic Advisory and Headhunting service lines based out of their London office.ResponsibilitiesBuild and sustain a network of Chairmen and CEOs within selected sectors (Consumer, TMT, Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare) to identify opportunities in pre-deal consulting, corporate finance and headhunting.Leverage existing networks and collaborate with management teams and investors in the private capital industry to develop new business opportunities.Ideal candidate / QualificationsAt least 10 years post-graduate experience in executive search, project managing and executing end-to-end search assignments or experience within a consulting capacity.Culture and CompensationThis business has an entrepreneurial and innovative culture; they are highly relationship oriented and seek people who work collaboratively, flexibly and at pace.
