This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high‑quality residential communities while progressing your career within a forward‑thinking, well‑resourced business.The OpportunityAs Senior Architectural Technician, you’ll act as a central technical coordinator—managing design information, liaising with consultants, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and build‑ready documentation is delivered across multiple developments.You’ll be involved from early feasibility through to completion and handover, supporting live sites, attending development meetings, and ensuring all approvals and technical requirements are met on time.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to influence the successful delivery of large‑scale housing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate design information between internal teams and external consultantsManage technical documentation from feasibility to completionEnsure timely approvals and compliance with all regulatory requirementsSupport procurement with accurate tender informationProvide technical support to live sites and attend development meetingsReview drawings and information for accuracy, buildability, and commercial suitabilityProduce reports and contribute to project delivery targetsWhat We’re Looking ForExperienced Architectural Technician (minimum 5 years in residential new build)Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetHighly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in AutoCAD and relevant design/technical softwareDegree in Architecture/Architectural Technology or equivalentWhy Join This Business?Our client is a respected national housebuilder known for quality, community impact, and long‑term career development.
