Competitive package to include Bonus and Equity opportunity.Both hands-on and strategic, the role will involve:Working closely with the CEO and the BoardOversee a small finance team and support the wider businessImplement a scalable commercial finance functionSupport business planning and investment decisionsLead forecasting and budgeting across the businessWork with managers to assess return on commercial spendDeliver management accounts, dashboards and KPI analysisBuild controls and systems to provide accurate reportingCompliance, risk, insurance, audit and statutory issuesLiaise with VC backers and develop due-diligence-ready financialsThe role requires an ambitious Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) with at least 4 years’ experience in commerce.
