OverviewEnterprise Sales Director - UK to drive new enterprise customer acquisition in the United Kingdom with a clear path to evolve into a Country Head UK role. Senior, individual contributor reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer EMEA, responsible for new logo acquisition in the UK market. Requires a highly experienced enterprise SaaS seller with strong commercial execution and country-building mindset.Scope & ObjectivesFull ownership of new customer acquisition (new logos only) in the UKFocus on mid-market to enterprise customersNo SMB, no farming, no account managementBuild the UK pipeline, close flagship customers, and lay foundations for future team expansionTarget ARR per deal: typically, €100k+Target CustomersEnterprise and upper mid-market: 3PLs and logistics operators with fulfilment and/or digital commerce operationsRetail brands (DTC & omnichannel)Large eCommerce merchants / distributorsAll customers are UK-based, with frequent cross-border or international operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Acquisition (Core Responsibility)Define and execute the new logo acquisition strategy for the UK marketIdentify, prospect, and close enterprise customersOwn the full sales cycle: discovery → value positioning → negotiation → contract signatureBuild and maintain a high-quality enterprise pipeline aligned with revenue targetsConsistently achieve and exceed annual sales targetsEnterprise & Consultative Selling: Sell Anchanto’s SaaS platforms for eCommerce, logistics, and fulfilment operationsDeeply understand customer business models, operational complexity, and growth challengesPosition solutions based on business impact and ROI, not featuresN avigate complex buying committees and long sales cyclesMarket & Ecosystem Development: Build strong relationships with key UK ecosystem players (partners, platforms, industry bodies)Act as Anchanto’s senior commercial representative in the UK marketProvide structured feedback to Product and Leadership on UK market needs and trendsInternal Collaboration & Reporting: Work with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to support complex dealsEnsure deal feasibility, alignment, and successful handoverReport directly to the CRO EMEA on pipeline, forecasts, closed deals, and strategic opportunitiesEvolution to Country Head UKBased on performance and market traction, this role is expected to evolve toward a Country Head UK position, with:Local market leadershipTeam build-up (SDR first, then sales expansion)Broader ownership of the UK business, potentially including P&L responsibilityEssential Requirements8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise salesStrong background in eCommerce, logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or shipping technologiesProven track record of closing complex enterprise dealsExperience selling OMS, WMS, TMS, shipping platforms, eCommerce infrastructureStrong understanding of eCommerce operational flows and logistics constraintsEstablished network in the UK eCommerce and/or logistics ecosystemExperience operating as a senior, autonomous contributorLocation & EligibilityMust be based in the United Kingdom (London preferred)Right to work in the UK requiredAvailability for in-person meetings and office presence when neededWhat Anchanto OffersA strategic, high-impact role with direct ownership of UK growthClear path toward a Country Head positionOpportunity to sell differentiated, enterprise-grade SaaS solutionsHigh autonomy and visibility at EMEA leadership levelCompetitive compensation package aligned with enterprise performanceWhy this role matters: This is a high-impact role with direct ownership of enterprise growth in the UK market.We are committed to building an inclusive culture of belonging that not only embraces the diversity of our people but also reflects the diversity of the communities in which we work and the customers we serve.
