Chief Financial Officer

As CFO and full Executive & Company Director, you will provide strategic financial leadership to ensure long‑term sustainability, commercial strength and the ability to invest in innovation and growth. You will champion robust governance, value for money and financial transformation, while contributing across the organisation to strengthen our position as a leader in integrated community care. Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
