Group CFO
Overview
The Group CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial stewardship, strategic planning, and long-term value creation of Insignia Group of Companies.
This role goes far beyond traditional finance operations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Group MD and Board, supporting growth initiatives, international expansion, product development, and M&A, while ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and disciplined capital allocation.
The CFO will lead all group-wide finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, tax, risk management, compliance, and investor/shareholder reporting, across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to the Group MD and Board on financial performance, growth strategy, and capital allocation.
Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, new product launches, partnerships, and M&A activity.
Ensure financial strategy is aligned with the Groupโs commercial objectives and brand positioning.
Oversee group accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting across all entities and jurisdictions.
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to senior management, shareholders, and regulators.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) strongly preferred.
Extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally as Group CFO or Finance Director in a multinational environment.
Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, luxury services, or similar complex, regulated industries.
Proven track record of supporting business growth, international expansion, and complex group structures.
