About the Role As an Investment Director at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently. Responsibilities Higher commission for self-generated leads Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features Commission calculated on full purchase price This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance. Qualifications Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales Required Skills Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary and Commission - Base £40,000- Potential OTE £110,000 + This opportunity will suit professionals who value structure, accountability, and long‑term earning potential within a forward-thinking and well‑led property investment business.
