Joining as the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team that develop audio SDKs, delivering tools forcutting edge, real time audio AI.You'll work with AI and ML Researchers, Product Managers, Software and DSP Engineers to oversee delivery, shape SDK architecture, and ensure SDKs meet performance, reliability and usability requirements.Leading a team of C++ developers, you'll need a balance of technical leadership and people management skills; using your strong C++ and audio processing background to make technical decisions, and your motivation, collaboration and mentoring skills to get the best out of team members.RequirementsExperience as Software Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead in software development or similarStrong technical background in C++, cross-platform development and system designExperience with SDK and library development in audio or mediaKnowledge of AI model inference (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX)Understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA, Metal, Vulkan, DirectML)Previous work in audio DSP, real time audio, media SDKs or plug-in developmentBrilliant people leader - enjoys mentoring, able to encourage collaboration and motivate others #J-18808-Ljbffr
