Role Overview
As our Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of the operational delivery of AMS’s marketing engine. You’ll build and execute the marketing plan across lead generation, CRM, automation, reporting and wider marketing operations, ensuring our inbound activity directly supports our FY26 commercial goals for both Tax and Accounts.
You’ll be responsible for creating the systems, workflows and data foundations that keep our digital activity running smoothly and performing at its best.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, who leads on digital strategy and optimisation. Both roles sit within the Brand & Marketing team and report to the Director of Brand & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation across inbound/outbound, plus a rolling 12‑week plan
CRM, workflows and automation (HubSpot/Monday)
High‑quality lead‑gen campaigns with Content & Digital
Funnel reporting, dashboards, ROAS and lead‑quality insights
End‑to‑end campaign operations from brief to optimisation
Team support, documentation and cross‑functional collaboration
Line management of a Marketing Executive
Support for SEO/PPC, tracking, attribution and landing‑page performance
Key Skills and Experience Required
Proven lead‑gen experience and strong understanding of funnels & attribution
Data‑driven mindset with reporting and dashboard expertise
Strong organisational and project‑management skills
Collaborative approach across digital, content and commercial teams
Line‑management experience (or readiness to step up)
Working knowledge of SEO/PPC and performance optimisation
Detail‑focused, process‑driven and commercially minded communicator
