Overseas applicants will not be considered.* Senior Beauty Therapist – Saks Beauty Newark Location: Newark-on-Trent Pay: £12.50–£15 per hour + uncapped commission (30–35%) Hours: Part-time and Full-time available - permanent role - immediate start available About the role We’re looking for a confident, experienced Beauty Therapist and Senior Beauty Therapist to join our established, premium salon in the heart of Newark. This role is ideal for someone who: * Loves delivering results-driven treatments * Takes pride in exceptional client care * Wants to work in a supportive, professional salon with clear structure. You’ll be working with a loyal client base, high-quality brands, and advanced treatments, with genuine opportunity to earn strong commission on top of hourly pay. Key responsibilities * Deliver high-quality beauty and advanced, results-driven skin treatments * Provide outstanding customer experience and personalised consultations * Build strong client relationships, promote our services and encourage rebooking * Maintain excellent treatment room standards and hygiene * Confidently recommend appropriate treatments and retail where suitable * Work as part of a professional, friendly team and confidently work solo when required Treatments you should be confident in * Facials (including advanced / results-driven facials) * Waxing (including intimate waxing preferred) * Brows & lashes (lifts & extensions) * Manicures & pedicures * Massage treatments * Experience with advanced skin treatments is a bonus What we offer * £12.50–£15 per hour (depending on experience) * 30% commission on takings above break-even (option to increase to 35% for strong performers) * Clear commission structure – no guesswork * Ongoing training and development * Employee discount on treatments and products * Supportive salon owner and positive team culture * In-salon Million Dollar Advanced Facial, Needling, Peels, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Hydrofacial, Collagen Lift Training provided.
