Tax Director - Private Equity Fund

OverviewVested Search are excited to partner with a globally established private equity investor who are looking to add a Tax Director into their global tax function in London. This role will focus solely on transaction and international tax structuring for private equity and alternative assets globally.ResponsibilitiesStrategic tax advice on transactions and affiliated activity relating to fund activity (dispositions, platform acquisitions, bolt on deals and exits from fund lifecycle).Structuring and due diligence of transactions across the alternative asset portfolio, with additional work on modelling workstreams.Working closely with external counsel and advisors across the transaction lifecycle where appropriate—directing engagements to ensure overall tax strategy is met.Monitoring international tax developments and policy to inform investment activity and relevant tax obligations, in particular developments in Europe.Internal engagement with teams across investment, deal and portfolio teams, legal, finance and compliance—building strong relationships at all levels.QualificationsIndividuals should come from a transaction tax / M&A tax background with strong familiarity with the private equity or wider investment industry.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Finance, and LegalIndustriesInvestment Management, Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals, and Financial ServicesLocation: London, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
