This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified or junior solicitor (up to 3 years' PQE) to develop their career in a high-quality litigation practice. The Role You will work closely with a highly experienced partner and wider team, supporting a busy caseload of plaintiff matters, including: Accident Claims Medical Negligence Hearing Loss Work-Related Illness Accidents at Work Road Traffic Accidents The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience from an early stage, including client interaction, case preparation, settlement negotiations, and court work. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify soon) 0-3 years' post-qualification experience (litigation experience preferred but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills A client-focused approach and genuine interest in plaintiff litigation Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to develop Whats on Offer?
